Due to the nature of digital products and the inability to verify the complete removal or deletion of the product from the customer’s device(s) after purchase, ModernVillaPlans does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for any digital products purchased from our website or affiliated platforms.
Exclusions
If you encounter technical issues or problems with accessing the digital product, please contact our customer support at plans@modernvillaplans.com.
Our team will assist you to resolve any issues so that you can enjoy the product as intended.
Additional Information
Any fraudulent activity, including attempting chargebacks after downloading a digital product, will be treated seriously, and appropriate legal action may be taken.
We recommend carefully reviewing the product description, system requirements, and compatibility information before making a purchase.
Copyright and Trademark Information
ModernVillaPlans products and services are protected by United States Copyright Law and International Treaty Provisions.
You may not modify, duplicate, rent, lease, loan, distribute, or create derivative works without written consent from ModernVillaPlans.
By purchasing at least a full set of House Plans, you are granted the right to build that home one time (unless otherwise stated).
Only the original purchaser has the right to build one home from the plans purchased. You may not rent, lease, loan, give, transfer, or sell the plans. A client may purchase plans for a builder to build one home for the client.
Because it is illegal to create derivative works without purchasing the rights, copyright laws require you to purchase a copy of the plans even if you plan to make extensive changes.
Common Misconceptions

It is illegal to make copies of home blueprints.

You may make up to 12 sets of prints (build one home) when you purchase a reproducible PDF or master set.

It is illegal to redraw plans based on ModernVillaPlans house plans, catalogs, designs, or web pages without purchase.

It is illegal to build more than once without purchasing additional construction licenses.

It is illegal to rent, lease, loan, give, transfer, or sell ModernVillaPlans house plans.
Warranties and Disclaimers
All plans and specifications are provided “as is” without warranty, either expressed or implied.
ModernVillaPlans assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions and reserves the right to make changes at any time.
In no event shall ModernVillaPlans be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind, including but not limited to:

Home Plans Include
Construction blueprints include (depending on plan type):

Foundation Plans (slab, basement, crawlspace, etc.)

Electrical Layouts (suggested locations for switches, outlets, fixtures)

Floor Plans (dimensions for walls, rooms, doors, windows, stairways, etc.)
Note: Heating, plumbing, and HVAC details are not included. Please consult your builder or contractor.
Condition of Sale
Purchaser agrees to comply with all local building codes and regulations.
Plans are sold as-is, and ModernVillaPlans disclaims all other warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Plans may only be used for the construction of one house (unless otherwise stated).
