I recently purchased the Modern Small House Plan 1 Bedroom, and it turned out even better than I expected. I’m retired and wanted a small, low-maintenance home where I could enjoy some peace and quiet this plan was perfect for that.
The design makes great use of every inch of space. It feels open, bright, and comfortable, not small at all. The terrace is my favorite part. I love having my morning coffee out there while watching the sunrise.
The blueprints were easy to follow, and my contractor had no trouble making a few small adjustments to fit my lot.
