4 reviews for Tiny House Plan | Minimalist 520 sq ft Cabin for Airbnb / Retreats / Plan Code 11016
Really nice tiny house plan. The layout makes great use of space, and the drawings was easy to follow. We’re using it for a small rental cabin and it came out amazing! Totally worth it.
I recently purchased the Tiny House Plan (572 sq ft minimalist cabin) and overall I’m very pleased. The layout is smart — the open living area flows nicely into the terrace, and the loft gives extra usable space without making the footprint huge. The plans arrived quickly (PDF + CAD), and the material take-off list made estimating costs much easier. There were a few small adjustments I had to make locally for plumbing, but no big surprises. For anyone wanting a modern, compact retreat or Airbnb cabin, this is a solid design.
This cabin plan has exceeded my expectations. From the moment I downloaded the files, everything was clearly labeled, and I could share it easily with my contractor. The minimalist aesthetic is beautiful, and the design feels much more spacious than 572 ft² because of clever layouts and natural light. The bathroom and kitchen are efficient, and I love having the loft as a flexible bonus space. If you’re building a small getaway or rental unit, I’d absolutely recommend this plan.
Great tiny house plan! The layout is super efficient, and the design feels much bigger than 572 sq ft. The files were clear and easy to work with. We built ours as a small Airbnb cabin, guests love it!
